Return, refund & exchange policy

We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly and we’ll take you through the process. We have a 100% money back guarantee on all products if you are not fully satisfied within the first 30 days of your purchase. To return the item must be in new and unused condition. Can I return/exchange items if I change my mind?

If you're unsure what size to order we recommend sending us a message or email and we're happy to help you select a size. If for any reason you're unhappy with how an item fits we can help to guide you on tailoring options or also offer size exchanges.

For exchanges the buyer is responsible for return shipping and Hockey Ref Shop will cover shipping back to you in the US.

International orders must pay additional shipping on exchanges.

What should I include in my exchange or return package?

Please include your order number and return address for returns. With exchanges please also add product/size you'd like to exchange for on a note inside your package for fastest processing.

How long do exchanges take to process?

Most exchanges will be shipped back to you within 1-4 business days of us receiving it. Please note in some cases we will be out of stock in the size you need. If this happens we will contact you ASAP to come up with a solution.

Do you offer refunds?

We offer a 30 day return policy on all products that are in new and unused condition. Whistles must still be full packaged and un opened. Used equipment is also not eligible for return.

The buyer must cover the costs of shipping the return back to us.

If you're unhappy for any reason with your products from Hockey Ref Shop, please send us a message and we will do our best to fix the situation.

Do you offer exchanges or returns on custom products?

Only due to a manufacturing defect. All custom products are inspected by our staff before we ship them to you.


Can I return a sale item?

Yes unless otherwise noted at the time of sale.
