Can I track my package?

YES! As soon as our system creates a shipping label you will be automatically notified via email. If you don't receive a tracking number within 4 business days of ordering please send us an email.

Do you have free shipping?

YES! Every order in the USA 🇺🇸 above $99 ships free using UPS Ground!

Where do you ship?

We ship orders mainly in the USA 🇺🇸 and Canada 🇨🇦

In some cases we are also able to ship to other countries in Europe or Overseas - please contact us using our live chat or email for your best options and a shipping quote.

How long does it take you to ship out my order?

Orders typically ship between 1-4 business days from when placed in most situations. We do our best to ship ASAP.

Most orders placed before noon ship out either the same or next business day during the prime hockey months (September-March). During the off-season we do not have as much seasonal help so orders may take up to 3-4 business days to fulfill depending on various circumstances.

If your order has not shipped after a full five business days and you have not already heard from us please contact us as there may be an issue with your order.

Custom products do take longer for delivery and you can find more information on their individual product pages.

How do I track my order?

After order fulfillment, you will receive an email and/or text message including your tracking information. You can also track your order using our live chat our by logging into your account.

What shipping carriers do you use?

We use major carriers including UPS and USPS. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout. Since Covid-19 we have noticed a drop in the reliability and accuracy of USPS shipping information so we typically recommend UPS.

How long will it take to receive my order?

It depends on where you are located in relation to Chicago, IL. Orders processed here will take 1-7 business days to arrive domestically in most cases. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-30+ days.

My USPS order isn't here / lost tracking

Unfortunately the USPS has been struggling to keep up with the demand during the pandemic due to a short staff. Many USPS packages have been delayed by 2-3 weeks. Please use UPS until further notice for more reliable fast shipping.

Why didn't my items arrive together?

In order to offer the greatest selection for our customers some of our items including Bladetech and Tydan Steel products are fulfilled by a 3rd party.
