Where do you ship?
We ship orders mainly in the USA 🇺🇸 and Canada 🇨🇦
In some cases we are also able to ship to other countries in Europe or Overseas - please contact us using our live chat or email for your best options and a shipping quote.

How long does it take you to ship out my order?
Orders typically ship between 1-4 business days from when placed in most situations. We do our best to ship ASAP.
Most orders placed before noon ship out either the same or next business day during the prime hockey months (September-March). 

During the off-season we do not have as much seasonal help so orders may take up to 3-4 business days to fulfill depending on various circumstances.

If your order has not shipped after a full five business days and you have not already heard from us please contact us as there may be an issue with your order.

Custom products do take longer for delivery and you can find more information on their individual product pages.

How do I track my order?
After order fulfillment, you will receive an email and/or text message including your tracking information. You can also track your order using our live chat our by logging into your account.

What shipping carriers do you use?
We use major carriers including UPS and USPS. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout. Since Covid-19 we have noticed a drop in the reliability and accuracy of USPS shipping information so we typically recommend UPS.

How long will it take to receive my order?
It depends on where you are located in relation to Chicago, IL. Orders processed here will take 1-7 business days to arrive domestically in most cases. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-30+ days.

We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly and we’ll take you through the process. 

We have a 100% money back guarantee on all products if you are not fully satisfied within the first 30 days of your purchase (shipping fees paid are non refundable). To return the item must be in new and unused condition. The buyer must also pay return shipping costs.

Can I return/exchange items if I change my mind?
If you're unsure what size to order we recommend sending us a message or email and we're happy to help you select a size. If for any reason you're unhappy with how an item fits we can help to guide you on tailoring options or also offer size exchanges.

For exchanges the buyer is responsible for return shipping and Hockey Ref Shop will cover shipping back to you in the US.

International orders must pay additional shipping on exchanges.

What is your return / exchange policy?

Please check the size chart on each individual products information page. There is a tab below the images that should provide more information.

For Stevens Shell pants we recommend sizing up if you plan to wear bulky gear underneath (ex. big shin pads, padded girdle/jock) as it's a slimmer fit than the pro pant.

For Stevens Pro pants please size by waist and keep in mind that all ref pants (including shell) typically will also need to be shortened by a tailor or dry cleaner.
